摘要
螺杆式空气压缩机广泛应用于露天煤矿,针对螺杆式空压机在WK-35 电铲上应用及常见故障问题,文章通过阐述其工作原理浅析其运行中故障出现及日常点检维护事项,结合实际应用及多年维修经验,分析其常见故障原因及后果,并针对不同原因提出相应解决措施.
Abstract
Screw air compressors are widely used in open-pit coal mines.In response to the application and common faults of screw air compressors on WK-35 electric shovels,this article elaborates on their working principle,analyzes the occur-rence of faults during operation and daily inspection and maintenance matters,dissects the common fault causes and conse-quences,and proposes corresponding solutions for different reasons with the combination of practical application and years of maintenance experience.
