三维激光扫描技术在隧道超欠挖测量中的应用

隧道超欠挖监测是一项既重要又关乎安全的工作,高精度的隧道超欠挖监测手段至关重要.将三维激光扫描技术引入到隧道超欠挖监测工作中,利用德国Z+FIMAGER5010 型三维激光扫描仪获取隧道内表面轮廓的三维坐标数据及信息,分别采用Amberg、天佑智隧软件进行数据处理.结果表明三维激光扫描能高精度、高效率、全面地获取数据,数据成果能很好反映隧道的超欠挖情况,满足隧道超欠挖监测的测量要求.三维激光扫描技术在隧道超欠挖测量中的应用能有效提高了隧道监测作业的效率及精度,可以广泛应用到隧道的超欠挖监测中.
Application of 3D Laser Scanning Technology in Tunnel Overexcavation and Underexcavation Measurement
Tunnel overexcavation and underexcavation monitoring is an important and safety related task,and high-preci-sion advanced tunnel excavation monitoring methods are crucial.In this study,3D laser scanning technology into tunnel over-excavation and underexcavation monitoring work is introduced,the German Z+FIMAGER5010 3D laser scanner is used to obtain 3D coordinate data and information of the inner surface contour of the tunnel,and Amberg and Tianyou Intelligent Tunnel software are used for data processing.The results show that 3D laser scanning can obtain data accurately,efficiently,and comprehensively,and the data results can well reflect the situation of tunnel over and under excavation,which meets the measurement requirements of tunnel over and under excavation monitoring.The application of 3D laser scanning technology in tunnel over and under excavation measurement can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of tunnel monitoring operations,and can be widely applied in tunnel over and under excavation monitoring.
