摘要
新时代工匠精神对高职院校培养高素质技术技能人才有着积极的影响.通过分析工匠精神融入高职院校文化建设的内涵,以浙江安防职业技术学院为实践案例,提出将工匠精神融入高职院校文化建设的四个路径:建立管理指导机制、打响教学特色亮点、完善师资队伍结构和拓展数字赋能渠道.
Abstract
Craftsman's spirit in the new era plays a positive role in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in vocational colleges.By analyzing the connotation of integrating craftsman's spirit into the cultural construction in vocational colleges,this paper takes Zhejiang College of Security Technology as a practical case,and puts forward four paths to in-tegrate craftsman's spirit into the cultural construction in vocational colleges:establishing a management and guidance mechanism,highlighting teaching characteristics and highlights,improving the structure of teaching staff and expanding dig-ital empowerment channels.
