工匠精神融入高职院校技能型人才培养的路径研究

摘要
工匠精神培育是职业教育的重要使命,是适应新质生产力发展之必然.新形势下工匠精神培育与高素质技能型人才培养价值取向一致,是高职院校教育提质培优的内生动力.文章针对职业院校忽视工匠精神价值观培养、培育主体意识不强、工匠精神传承载体及其文化环境缺失等问题,提出筑牢工匠精神价值观,夯实工匠精神塑造土壤,构建工匠精神培育传承载体,打造工匠型教师队伍的融入路径.
Abstract
The cultivation of craftsman's spirit is an important mission of vocational education and a necessity for adapting to the development of new quality productivity.Under the new circumstances,the cultivation of craftsman's spirit is consist-ent with the value orientation of the cultivation of high-quality and skilled talents,which is an internal driving force for im-proving the quality of higher vocational education.In view of the problems including vocational colleges'ignorance of crafts-man's spirit values cultivation,weak cultivation subject consciousness,the default of carriers for inheritance and cultural en-vironment,the paper proposes the integration paths of building up a firm value ideology of craftsman's spirit,solidifying the soil for shaping the values of craftsman's spirit,constructing the carriers for cultivating and inheriting craftsman's spirit,and building a craftsmanship-type teaching team.
