摘要
现代学徒制是围绕职业化人才培养工作中可供选择运用的新方法,在职业院校钳工专业教学单位开展学生教学培养工作中能发挥关键性作用,能够支持促进学生的理论知识素养,专业实践技能均得到显著的改善提升.文章围绕现代学徒制在钳工实训教学中的应用展开简要的阐释分析.
Abstract
Modern apprenticeship is a new method that can be selected and applied in the process of promoting and carrying out teaching and training for vocational talents.It plays a crucial role in advancing and implementing student teaching and training in the benchwork professional teaching of vocational colleges,and can support and enhance students'theoretical knowledge and professional practical skills significantly.This article briefly explains and analyzes the application of modern apprenticeship in the benchwork practical teaching.
