工匠精神融入职业院校思政教育的内在逻辑、现实困境与优化策略

摘要
文章围绕工匠精神融入职业院校思政教育进行探讨,阐述其内在逻辑为培养目标相契合、价值取向相统一、本质要求相一致、导向功能相关联;分析其存在的现实困境为重视程度不够、系统性整体性不足、培育氛围不浓、深层融入效果不佳等方面;在此基础上提出相应的优化策略,即学校高度重视,强化支撑保障;依托工匠精神,涵养校园文化;深度融入课程,推进协同育人;强化实践养成,力促知行合一.
Abstract
This article explores the integration of craftsman's spirit into ideological and political education in vocational col-leges,elaborates on the internal logic including aligning training objectives,unifying value orientation,aligning essential re-quirements,and linking guiding functions.The analysis of the existing realistic dilemma mainly manifests as insufficient at-tention,lack of systematic integrity,weak cultivation atmosphere,and poor shallow integration effect.On this basis,corre-sponding optimization strategies are proposed such as strengthening schools'support and guarantee,relying on the spirit of craftsman to cultivate campus culture,deeply integrating it into the curriculum and promoting collaborative education,and strengthening practical cultivation and promoting the integration of knowledge and action.
