摘要
文章通过深入分析产业工人队伍建设背景下工匠精神的内涵,提出优化课程内容、创新教学实践、完善评价体系等职业教育思政课程融入工匠精神的策略,旨在为培养具备工匠精神的准产业工人提供理论支持与实践指导.
Abstract
Based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation of craftsman's spirit under the back ground of industrial work-ers'team construction,this paper proposes a series of strategies such as optimizing course contents,innovating teaching practices,and improving the evaluation system,which aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for cultiva-ting quasi-industrial workers with the spirit of craftsman.
