Research on the Integration of Craftsman's Spirit into Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Industrial Workers'Team Construction
Based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation of craftsman's spirit under the back ground of industrial work-ers'team construction,this paper proposes a series of strategies such as optimizing course contents,innovating teaching practices,and improving the evaluation system,which aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for cultiva-ting quasi-industrial workers with the spirit of craftsman.
