The Exploration and Analysis on the Competitive Pressure and Development Path of Short Track Speed Skating Program in Heilongjiang Province under the Perspective of Talent Mobility
With the booming development of ice and snow sports industry in China,the talent mobility in short track speed skating program has become more frequent.Observing the current trend of talent in domestic short track speed skating program,it is found that the overall trend is shifting from a few provinces with strong ice skating programs to more provinces,from economically underdeveloped areas to economically developed areas,and from overseas to domestic flow through naturalization.Under the influence of this pattern,on the one hand,due to relatively backward economic conditions,Heilongjiang province frequently experiences the outflow of short track speed skating talents;on the other hand,facing with the changes in the competitive environment of domestic short track speed skating,there is also a lack of adaptation and response,resulting in increasing competitive pressure and a precarious advantageous position.In this regard,it is proposed to improve the treatment and reward,optimize the use of funds;broaden the enrollment channels,expand the reserve talents;deepen the ideological and political education,stimulate the endogenous motivation;enhance the sense of service,improve the comprehensive management and other countermeasures.By doing these measures,it can smooth and improve the talent development path of short track speed skating programs,achieve long-term retention of talents,so as to maintain the leading position of Heilongjiang province in ice and snow.
