高山滑雪青少年运动员早期专项化训练研究

高山滑雪是冬奥会正式比赛项目,当前我国在该项目上缺少高水平竞技人才,从而制约了成绩的取得和项目的发展.基于早期专项化训练方法,对高山滑雪青少年运动员训练成效展开探讨,有助于提升我国高山滑雪运动人才的培养水平.研究认为,对高山滑雪青少年运动员进行早期专项化训练,有助于提升专项运动技能,发展竞技能力;培养正确的"雪感",强化运动感觉;深化竞技认知,优化训练结构.但在实际开展中存在训练负荷较大,运动损伤较高;对专项训练认知不足,深陷训练误区;专项技术训练方法单一,训练过程缺乏监控等问题.对此相应提出优化训练负荷,降低运动损伤;提升训练认知,消除训练误区;丰富训练方法,提升训练成效等建议,以期为更好地提升我国高山滑雪青少年运动员培养质量提供参考,加速推进冰雪体育强国建设.
Research on Early Specialization Training of Young Alpine Skiing Athletes
Alpine skiing is an official competition event of the Winter Olympics.Currently,China lacks high-level competitive talents in this event,which restricts the achievement of results and the development of the event.This paper has discussed the training effectiveness of young alpine skiing athletes based on the early specialization training method,which can help to improve the training level of alpine skiing talents in China.Research suggests that early specialized training for young alpine skiing athletes can help improve their specialized sports skills and develop their competitive abilities;cultivate a correct sense of snow and strengthen the sense of movement;deepen competitive awareness and optimize training structure.However,in practical implementation,there are some problems such as larger training load and higher sports injuries;insufficient knowledge of special training and falling into training misunderstandings;single method of special technical training and lack of monitoring of the training process.Aiming to these problems,it is proposed to optimize the training load to reduce the sports injury,enhance the training cognition and eliminate the training misunderstanding,enrich the training method and enhance the training effect,in order to better enhance the quality of China's alpine skiing young athletes training to provide reference and to accelerate the construction of a leading ice and snow sports nation.
