With the popularization of ice and snow sports and the evolution of the society's evaluation of talents,ice and snow sports activities are getting more and more attention and importance in China's colleges and universities.The integration of"inside and outside the classroom"is a combination of physical education and extracurricular sports activities,and cultivates the comprehensive ability of students through a unified overall model.However,currently,there are several implementation bottlenecks in the integration of ice and snow sports in Chinese colleges and universities,mainly manifested in a shortage of teachers and lack of professionalism,low student participation,and an incomplete evaluation system,which seriously restrict the in-depth development of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities.For the construction and linkage of ice and snow sports activities in colleges and universities,it is proposed to enrich the form of activities and broaden the internal and external connection of resources;to build advanced teachers and expand the scope of cooperation;to improve the relevant supporting guarantees and realize multi-dimensional activity support;and to scientifically implement the evaluation of activities and create a comprehensive assessment system and other measures.The aim is to promote the healthy development of ice and snow sports in China through the shaping and implementation of the goal model of"integration inside and outside the classroom",and the in-depth implementation of the concept of integration of sports and education.
