摘要
随着数字经济的快速演进,黑龙江省冰雪体育产业呈现出新的发展态势.冰雪体育消费作为促进冰雪体育产业高质量发展的重要手段,其数字化转型升级能够创新黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展格局.通过对数字经济和黑龙江省冰雪体育消费特征的分析发现,数字经济可通过长尾效应、产业结构优化效应、协同创新效应和消费环境构建效应,赋能黑龙江省冰雪体育消费转型升级.有鉴于此,进一步从构建消费氛围、创新消费形式、优化政策供给和推动品牌建设宣传等层面,提出数字经济赋能黑龙江省冰雪体育消费升级的现实路径.以期充分利用数字技术带来的红利,为黑龙江省冰雪体育消费升级提供动力,推动冰雪经济的高质量发展.
Abstract
With the rapid evolution of the digital economy,the ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province is showing a new development trend.Ice and snow sports consumption,as an important means to promote the high-quality development of the ice and snow sports industry,its digital transformation and upgrading can innovate the development pattern of the ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province.This paper has analyzed the characteristics of the digital economy and ice and snow sports consumption in Heilongjiang Province,it is found that the digital economy can empower the transformation and upgrading of ice and snow sports consumption in Heilongjiang Province through the long tail effect,industrial structure optimization effect,collaborative innovation effect,and consumption environment construction effect.In view of this,further from the aspects of creating a consumption atmosphere,innovating consumption forms,optimizing policy supply,and promoting brand building and publicity,a practical path is proposed for the digital economy to empower the upgrading of ice and snow sports consumption in Heilongjiang Province.By doing these measures,it is hoped to fully utilize the dividends brought by digital technology,provide impetus for the upgrading of ice and snow sports consumption in Heilongjiang Province,and promote the high-quality development of the ice and snow economy.
