Heilongjiang Province,with its superior geographical location and abundant ice and snow resources,it possesses unique advantages and potential in building high-quality ski tourism resorts.Through an analysis of the development positioning and role of ski tourism resorts in Heilongjiang Province,it is found that the construction of such resorts has a positive impact on promoting the inheritance and development of local culture,enhancing cultural exchange and identity,and facilitating the development and utilization of cultural resources.To promote the sustainable development of ski tourism resorts in Heilongjiang Province,feasible pathways are proposed such as including strengthening cultural expression and innovation,emphasizing the construction of ice and snow ecological culture,establishing mechanisms for joint construction and sharing,and promoting green development and technology-driven initiatives.By encouraging public participation and cultural dissemination,improving policy support and regulatory mechanisms,and creating more favorable business conditions and economic environments,the vigorous revitalization of the ice and snow cultural tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province can realize the comprehensive development of the economy and society.
