Case Study of Rehabilitation Treatment for Elbow Dislocation in Snowboard Big Air Athletes
Elbow dislocation is a common physiological injury, but there is currently a lack of research on rehabilitation after elbow reduction specifically targeting athletes.By studying the rehabilitation case of an excellent Chinese snowboard big air athlete REN **,after left elbow dislocation reduction, this paper summarizes feasible rehabilitation strategies for athletes with elbow dislocation. It is concluded that combining early active elbow joint exercises with regional analgesia can shorten the rehabilitation period after elbow dislocation reduction.Early initiation of training for other body parts during rehabilitation can restore the athlete's overall motor ability in the shortest time possible.Adopting comprehensive treatment methods according to the characteristics of the athlete is more conducive to the recovery and maintenance of the athlete's overall competitive ability. It is recommended to focus on the restoration of elbow muscle strength and stability after elbow dislocation reduction in snowboard big air athletes;rehabilitation treatment.Furthermore, incorporating more evaluation of rehabilitation related to snowboard big air specific skills is suggested.More research on treatment cases of ordinary athletes or athletes from other disciplines is needed to validate the applicability of the rehabilitation protocol proposed in this study.
