我国雪上项目后备人才多元化选拔培养规制研究

后备人才是雪上项目发展的动力源泉,北京冬奥会成功实践多路径的人才选拔与培养方式,短期内极大缓解了我国雪上项目人才储备不足的困境.后奥运时代,通过聚焦我国雪上项目后备人才的培养目标,探析我国雪上项目后备人才的培养成效,对比国外冰雪人才培养路径,发现我国雪上项目后备人才的选拔与培养需要结合体育产业的发展、推进政策的落实完善、重视理论制度的规范化.对此,提出建立"多位一体"的培养支持体系、规范跨季跨界跨项选材制度、"举国体制"与职业化双轨发展、完善基于民族认同的归化政策等举措.通过构建具有中国特色的雪上项目后备人才培养规制,丰富我国雪上项目的人才储备,以此推动体育强国、文化强国建设,开启我国全新人才战略格局.
Research on Diversified Selection and Training Regulations for Reserve Talent in Snow Sports in China
Reserve talent is the driving force behind the development of snow sports.The successful practice of Beijing Winter Olympics has greatly alleviated the shortage of talent in snow sports in China by adopting various paths for talent selection and training in the short term.In the post-Olympic era,by focusing on the training objectives of reserve talent in snow sports in China,analyzing the effectiveness of their training,and comparing with the talent cultivation paths of foreign countries,it is found that the selection and training of reserve talent in snow sports in China need to be combined with the development of the sports industry,the improvement of policy implementation,and the standardization of theoretical systems.Therefore,it is proposed to establish a"multi-faceted"training support system,standardize the selection system across seasons,disciplines,and borders,promote the dual-track development of the"national system"and professionalism,and improve naturalization policies based on national identity.Through the construction of a regulatory framework for the cultivation of reserve talent in snow sports with Chinese characteristics,enriching the talent pool of snow sports in China,promoting the construction of a leading sports and culture nation,and opening up a new talent strategy pattern in China.
