摘要
随着北京冬奥会的成功举办,冰雪运动在国内高校中逐渐流行,黑龙江省依托自身的冰雪资源优势,率先进行了高校冰雪运动俱乐部的建设尝试.通过对高校冰雪运动俱乐部作用的剖析、结构的梳理,以及对比国外冰雪运动俱乐部开展模式,发现当前黑龙江省高校冰雪运动俱乐部教学模式在推行过程中,存在基础设施匮乏陈旧、师资力量短缺失衡、教学方式传统落后等现实问题障碍.提出完善教学与活动机制,丰富俱乐部内涵;创新教学方法与形式,扩展俱乐部容量;优化结构与资金渠道,增强俱乐部运转等策略.以期通过优化黑龙江省高校冰雪运动俱乐部的教学模式,使俱乐部成为校园文化平台的重要组成部分,为国家培养更多冰雪运动人才,助推高校冰雪运动在未来发展中实现质的飞跃.
Abstract
With the successful hosting of the Beijing Winter Olympics,ice and snow sports are gradually becoming popular in domestic colleges and universities.Heilongjiang Province,relying on its own advantages in ice and snow resources,it has taken the lead in the construction of ice and snow sports clubs in colleges and universities.Through analyzing the role of ice and snow sports clubs in colleges and universities,clarifying its'structure,and comparing them with overseas ice and snow sports clubs,it is found that there are practical obstacles in the current teaching models of ice and snow sports clubs in Heilongjiang Province,including inadequate and outdated infrastructure,imbalance in faculty resources,and traditional backward teaching methods.Strategies are proposed to improve teaching and activity mechanisms,enrich club content,innovate teaching methods and forms,expand club capacity,optimize structure and funding channels,and enhance club operation.It is hoped that by optimizing the teaching models of ice and snow sports clubs in Heilongjiang Province,the clubs can become an important part of campus culture platforms,cultivate more ice and snow sports talents for the country,and promote the qualitative leap of ice and snow sports in universities in the future.
