Analysis and Optimization of the Training Environment for Ice and Snow Talents in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Market Demand
In recent years, the contradiction between the market demand for and supply of ice and snow talents in China has become increasingly prominent.Colleges and universities,as important platforms for training and supplying talent to society, they should play a pivotal role in supporting and ensuring the industry's needs. An examination of the current situation of ice and snow market talent reveals several characteristics:a simultaneous increase in talent gaps and supply, uneven development and talent coverage in the industry, and a growing demand for diversified and high-end skills. However, the environment for cultivating ice and snow talents in colleges and universities faces several constraints. These include inadequate discipline construction, insufficient training effectiveness,a relatively rough training model, lack of adequate support facilities, unclear employment orientation, and poor market tracking. To address these issues, this paper proposes several measures:comprehensively improving training conditions, enhancing the social status of ice and snow talents, promoting a shift from quantity to quality in ice and snow talent development through an application-oriented approach, and advocating for"ice and Snow+"across multiple industries to diversify employment prospects.By doing these measures,it can optimize the training environment for ice and snow talents to meet the increasingly diverse needs of the ice and snow market and better support the construction of a leading ice and snow sports nation.
