摘要
发展新质生产力是当前我国经济建设的重要课题,研究新质生产力赋能冰雪体育休闲产业高质量发展具有很强的现实指导意义.通过对新质生产力赋能冰雪体育休闲产业高质量发展的必要性进行理论探讨,发现当前我国冰雪体育休闲产业发展中存在科技创新不足、发展结构不完善、横向融合度不高、制度不够健全、人才结构有待优化等一系列问题,严重制约着冰雪体育休闲产业的升级与发展.为加快新质生产力对冰雪体育休闲产业的赋能作用,提出以颠覆性科技引导新质生产力的形成;培育产业新结构和新业态,完善冰雪体育休闲产业链;加强制度建设,构建产业发展保障体系;建立人才激励机制,凝聚产业发展力量等实践路径.旨在激发我国冰雪体育休闲产业中各类要素的潜力,打造全新的发展业态,实现我国冰雪体育休闲产业的高质量发展.
Abstract
The development of new quality productivity is a crucial topic in the current economic construction of China.This research on empowering the high-quality development of the ice and snow sports and leisure industry through new quality productivity holds significant practical guidance.By theoretically exploring the necessity of empowering the ice and snow sports and leisure industry with new quality productivity,several issues within the current development of this industry in China are identified.These issues include insufficient technological innovation,incomplete development structures,low levels of horizontal integration,inadequate institutional frameworks,and suboptimal talent structures.These problems significantly hinder the upgrading and development of the ice and snow sports and leisure industry.To accelerate the empowerment of this industry through new quality productivity,the study proposes several practical paths:guiding the formation of new quality productivity through disruptive technologies;nurturing new structures and business formats to enhance the ice and snow sports and leisure industry chain;strengthening institutional construction to build a robust development guarantee system;and establishing talent incentive mechanisms to consolidate development forces.The aim is to unlock the potential of various elements within China's ice and snow sports and leisure industry,create new development models,and achieve high-quality development in the industry.
