后冬奥时代黑龙江省冰雪运动产业与数字经济融合发展探析

摘要
伴随着北京冬奥会在国内掀起的冰雪运动热潮和数字经济时代的到来,将冰雪运动产业和数字经济加以融合展现出巨大的发展空间和潜力,黑龙江省依托丰富的冰雪资源和文化底蕴,有望以数字化为驱动实现产业转型,提升地区的综合竞争力.研究发现,尽管冰雪运动和冰雪旅游为黑龙江省带来可观的效益人气,但冰雪运动产业在市场供给和可持续发展方面存在失衡,数字经济则受限于基础设施不完善和专业技术人才短缺,产业融合发展仍然面临诸多困境.对此,提出以创新推动产业多元化、构建可持续发展框架、加强基础设施建设、强化人才培养与引进等措施,以期推进黑龙江省冰雪运动产业与数字经济的融合,为开辟新的经济增长点、促进地方文化传播和扩大国际交流提供有利机遇.
Abstract
With the wave of enthusiasm for ice and snow sports ignited by the Beijing Winter Olympics and the advent of the digital economy era,the integration of the ice and snow sports industry and the digital economy presents tremendous development space and potential.Heilongjiang Province,relying on its abundant ice and snow resources and cultural heritage,is expected to achieve industrial transformation driven by digitization and enhance the region's overall competitiveness.However,research has found that despite the considerable benefits and popularity brought by ice and snow sports and tourism,the ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province faces imbalances in market supply and sustainable development,while the digital economy is constrained by inadequate infrastructure and a shortage of professional technical talents.The integration and development of these industries still face many challenges.Therefore,it is proposed to promote industry diversification through innovation,establish a sustainable development framework,strengthen infrastructure construction,and enhance talent training and recruitment.These measures aim to promote the integration of Heilongjiang Province's ice and snow sports industry with the digital economy,creating new economic growth points,promoting local cultural dissemination,and expanding international exchanges.
