磁阻式越野滑雪专项训练反馈系统阻尼装置的设计与研究

为填补我国在越野滑雪训练器材研发与应用领域的空白,解决各类越野滑雪训练器材体积大、质量重、不便携以及难以实施训练质量监控等问题,目标研发磁阻式越野滑雪专项训练反馈系统.通过文献资料法、对比研究法和实验法等,围绕风阻、水阻、磁阻三类主要的训练器阻尼模式,对越野滑雪专项训练反馈系统中的阻尼装置进行设计.经过实验测试,以磁阻为越野滑雪专项训练反馈系统的主要阻尼方式,采取手动螺栓的方式进行变阻调节,大多数部件的材质选择不锈钢,以此实现体积小、质量轻、结构简单、结实耐用以及成本低等要求.建议后续进一步优化阻尼装置的功率测试实验,尝试利用弹簧拨片的方式进行快速阻力调节,定期对器材做好润滑及日常维护保养.
The Design and Research on the Damping Device of theMagneto-Resistive Cross-Country Skiing Specialized Training Feedback System
In order to fill the vacuum in the research and development of cross-country skiing training equipment in China,and to solve the problems of large size,heavy weight,non-portability,and difficulty in monitoring the training quality of various types of cross-country skiing training equipment,the goal is to develop a magneto-resistive cross-country skiing special training feedback system. Through literature review,comparative research and experimental methods,the damping device in the cross-country skiing training feedback system is designed around the three main types of trainer damping modes:wind resistance,water resistance and magnetic resistance. After experimental testing,magnetic resistance is the main damping mode of the cross-country skiing special training feedback system,and manual bolts are adopted to adjust the variable resistance,and the material of most parts is stainless steel,so as to realize the requirements of small volume,light weight,simple structure,strong durability and low cost. It is recommended to further optimize the power test experiment of the damping device,try to use the spring paddle for fast resistance adjustment,and regularly lubricate and maintain the equipment.
