Research on the High-Quality Development of Ice and Snow Reserve Talents under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education
The cultivation and high-quality development of reserve talents in ice and snow sports contribute to enhancing China's overall strength in ice and snow sports. By analyzing the connotation of high-quality development of ice and snow reserve talents and comparing it with the actual situation,it is found that China faces several challenges. These include an insufficient stock of reserve talents,regional development imbalances between the north and south,unscientific talent training mechanisms,inadequate talent support,poor integration of sports and education systems,and difficulties in resolving conflicts between academic study and training. To address these issues,the paper proposes several innovative strategies,such as innovating the dissemination methods of ice and snow sports culture to enhance the influence of these sports;organizing ice and snow summer (winter) camps to broaden the channels for selecting reserve talents;focusing on cross-disciplinary talent selection and breaking down barriers between projects through multi-faceted collaboration. Improving the system of various levels and types of competitions to stimulate the enthusiasm of reserve talents;deepening international exchanges and cooperation to ensure the sustainable development of talents. Establishing research bases in colleges and universities and driving development through technological innovation. By following the principles of talent cultivation and constructing a reserve talent training system under the background and strategies of integrating sports and education,the paper aims to achieve high-quality development of ice and snow reserve talents and contribute to building a strong nation in ice and snow sports.
