Research on Reform of Experimental Teaching Course of "Sports Anatomy" in Ice and Snow Sports Majors in the Digital Age
"Sports Anatomy" is a crucial course in ice and snow sports majors at colleges and universities. With the advent of the digital age,"Sports Anatomy" faces significant macro-level changes such as the increasing importance of digital education in higher education, the diversified development of ice and snow sports majors, and the need for transformation in teaching methods. Implementing digital methods in "Sports Anatomy" experimental teaching can enhance students' learning efficiency, provide personalized learning plans, and effectively expand practical environments. However, there are challenges, including insufficient construction of teaching faculty, limited support from teaching equipment and platforms, and issues in student communication and habit formation. The paper proposes course reform strategies such as promoting the deep integration of theoretical knowledge and practice, multidimensional presentation of course content through digital means, and constructing personalized learning methods that integrate virtual and real elements. These strategies aim to better adapt to the rapid transformation of modern teaching concepts and overcome several drawbacks of traditional teaching models. By enhancing students' knowledge integration and deep understanding of experimental content, the study aims to promote the development of "Sports Anatomy" experimental teaching courses in ice and snow sports majors, thereby cultivating more high-quality professionals in ice and snow sports in China.
