摘要
当前,新质生产力已成为推动我国社会经济发展的重要力量,对于引导冰雪产业高质量发展同样具有重要作用.通过辨析新质生产力赋能冰雪产业高质量发展的价值意蕴,发现其集中体现在推动冰雪技术创新和提高产业链价值、提供数字化转型和智能化发展机遇、提升冰雪产业竞争力和可持续发展能力等方面.但与此相对,冰雪产业的高质量发展则面对冰雪资源条件的局限、市场运营和开发不到位、政策机制和产业链不完善、人才储备和技术创新不足等现实困境.提出加强创新投入与成果转化、促进多元新兴技术的应用融合、提升产品和服务的品质、推动新质人才队伍培养、增进国际合作与交流等策略,通过以新质生产力作为靶向和引领,促进产业结构的优化升级,实现产业链协同发展,增强我国冰雪产业在全球市场上的竞争力.
Abstract
At present,the new productive forces have become a crucial driver of socio-economic development in China and play a significant role in guiding the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry. By analyzing the value implications of empowering the ice and snow industry with new productive forces,it is found that they drive technological innovation,enhance industry value,offer digital transformation and intelligent development opportunities,and improve competitiveness and sustainability. However,challenges such as limited ice and snow resources,inadequate market operations and development,imperfect policies and industry chains,and insufficient talent and innovation persist. Strategies were proposed include strengthening innovation investment and result transformation,promoting the integration of diverse emerging technologies,improving product and service quality,cultivating new talents,and enhancing international cooperation and exchange. These measures aim to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure and achieve coordinated development of the industry chain,thereby increasing the global competitiveness of China's ice and snow industry.
