In recent years,the layout of the ice and snow tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province has been highly successful,and the volume of tourism consumption has grown significantly.However,at the same time,the disputes and controversies also come in succession.The study found that how to quickly solve the ice and snow tourism consumer disputes and how to effectively deal with personal injury accidents in ice and snow tourism are two common legal problems in Heilongjiang province ice and snow tourism,which seriously affects the reputation of the ice and snow tourism industry in Heilongjiang province and restricts the development of the ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang province.Aiming to these problems,it is proposed to improve the rapid handling mechanism of consumer disputes by strengthening the mediation procedure,exerting market administrative supervision power,and facilitating the judicial dispute resolution mechanism;and to effectively deal with personal injury accidents in ice and snow events by sorting out the established judicial viewpoints and exploring the multi-dimensional handling mechanism.Through institutional support and improved legal frameworks,the goal is to optimize the ice and snow tourism consumption environment in Heilongjiang Province,ensuring that tourists feel satisfied and secure,transforming the natural snowy landscape into invaluable asset.
