新质生产力赋能冰雪运动的时态演变、样态创新与稳态发展

新质生产力是指以创新为主导的先进生产力质态,能够为冰雪运动的整体进步与升级创造机遇.通过分析新质生产力对于冰雪运动的赋能进程,得出其分为引入与适应新质生产力的初始阶段、深化与扩展新质生产力的发展阶段、稳定与优化新质生产力的成熟阶段三种时态演变;在发展样态上,分别涉及冰雪运动装备与训练方法的技术创新、赛事组织与运营模式的管理创新、冰雪运动传播途径的文化创新.为使新质生产力更好地赋能冰雪运动保持稳态发展,提出从政策方面构建有利于冰雪运动发展的环境;从人才方面加强冰雪运动专业人才的培育;从市场方面拓展冰雪运动的商业潜力与社会影响力等策略.通过将理念创新、科技创新与冰雪运动紧密结合,以新质生产力推动冰雪运动可持续发展,从而助力我国形成特色的现代化体育发展方式,同步建设科技强国和体育强国.
The Temporal Evolution,Mode Innovation,and Stable Development of New Productivity Empowering Ice and Snow Sports
New productivity refers to the innovation-led advanced productivity mode,which can create opportunities for the overall progress and upgrading of ice and snow sports.By analyzing the empowering process of new productivity in ice and snow sports,it is concluded that it is divided into the initial stage of introducing and adapting to NQP,the development stage of deepening and expanding NQP,and the maturity stage of stabilizing and optimising NQP.In terms of development modes,this evolution encompasses technological innovations in ice and snow sports equipment and training methods,management innovations in event organization and operation,and cultural innovations in the dissemination of ice and snow sports.To enable new productivity to further empower the stable development of ice and snow sports,this paper proposes strategies such as creating a favorable policy environment,enhancing the cultivation of professional talents,and expanding the commercial potential and societal influence of ice and snow sports.By integrating conceptual and technological innovations with ice and snow sports,new productivity can promote the sustainable development of this field,thereby contributing to a uniquely modernized sports development approach in China and supporting the concurrent goals of building a technologically advanced and athletically strong nation.
