The Strategic Implications,Practical Constraints,and Breakthrough Approaches for the High-Quality Development of China's Ice and Snow Industry
In recent years,along with the in-depth implementation of the strategy of"South Exhibition,East Expansion and West Advancement"of ice and snow sports,the scale,quality and efficiency of China's ice and snow industry have been continuously improved,which has showed a positive development trend.By reviewing the strategic implication of the high-quality development of China's ice and snow industry,it is pointed out that it is an effective path to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,a necessary component in constructing a new development pattern,a powerful carrier to realise the leap in the construction of a leading sport nation,and an important means to push forward the rapid development of new quality productivity.At the same time,it is found that China's ice and snow industry exists some constraints such as the lack of high-quality ice and snow talents,insufficient technological innovation,and a shortage of high-quality product supply and other realistic constraints.To overcome these problems,it is proposed to enhance the efficiency of talent cultivation,leverage think tanks for strategic support,strengthen technological innovation to empower industrial upgrading,and align precisely with market demands to improve product quality and output.These breakthroughs aim to elevate the development of the ice and snow industry to a strategic level,contributing to the realization of Chinese modernization,the construction of a new development pattern,the advancement of the sports powerhouse agenda,and the acceleration of new productive forces,ultimately promoting the high-quality development of China's ice and snow industry.
