速度滑冰运动员基础能力训练的经验梳理与技术改进

我国速度滑冰项目在冬奥会及各类世界级比赛中屡获佳绩,这得益于我国速滑教练员、运动员的拼搏与奋斗.但面对激烈的国际化竞争,我国速滑运动员在基础能力训练方面仍然存在部分短板,教练员加强训练技术改进已迫在眉睫.研究基于多年速滑一线的教练工作经验,梳理发现支撑、移动重心与蹬冰基础能力对于速滑运动员的技术提升尤为重要,并需要施以科学的训练方法.提出速滑教练员应通过洞察技术本质、革新陈旧急切观念、辩证看待技术缺点、重视技术与身体素质的关系、理顺冰上与陆上训练的关系,来正确认识技术训练;通过注意语言的专业性、善于适时提出表扬、尊重规律辩证施训,把握教学实践的要点.未来应以先进的指导理念与训练模式,推动我国速滑项目在世界舞台续写荣耀篇章,为冰雪运动的蓬勃发展再添动力.
Experience Sorting and Technical Improvement of Basic Ability Training for Speed Skaters
China's speed skating has achieved remarkable results in the Winter Olympics and various world-class competitions,thanks to the hard work and struggle of Chinese speed skating coaches and athletes.However,in the face of fierce international competition,Chinese speed skaters still have some shortcomings in basic ability training,and it is urgent for coaches to strengthen training techniques and improve them.Based on years of experience as a coach in the front line of speed skating,the paper has found that the basic abilities of supporting,moving the center of gravity,and basic kicking are particularly important for the technical improvement of speed skaters,and scientific training methods are needed.It is proposed that speed skating coaches should have a correct understanding of technical training through insight into the nature of technology,innovate the old and eager concepts,look at the shortcomings of technology dialectically,emphasize the relationship between technology and physical fitness,and straighten out the relationship between on-ice and on-land training;and it should pay attention to the professionalism of the language,be good at giving praise at the right time,respect the law of dialectical training,and grasp the key points of teaching practice.In the future,it should use advanced guidance concepts and training modes to promote China's speed skating program to write a chapter of glory on the world stage,and add momentum to the prosperous development of ice and snow sports.
