Research on Ski Resort Injury Risk Management Based on HFACS Accident Cause Model
With the widespread popularity of ice and snow sports in China,the mass skiing industry has developed rapidly.However,the risk of skiing injuries also exists in the operation of ski resorts,which has a negative impact on the public's skiing enthusiasm.To do a good job in risk management of skiing in China,by referring to relevant research and theoretical foundations of safety accidents in the sports field,this paper has identified 18 causative factors of skiing accidents and constructed a skiing HFACS accident causation model;According to the four levels of the model body,the types of injury accidents are classified into organizational management,safety supervision,unsafe behavior premise,and unsafe behavior,and corresponding safety interventions are implemented;From a legal perspective,skiing injury accidents can be classified into the above four types and mixed types of fault liability.It's proposed to strengthen safety publicity and education,and enhance the safety awareness of skiers;improve the construction of the rule of law and optimize legal regulations and systems;establish a safety management system for ski resorts;build a sound skiing accident insurance mechanism and other accident risk prevention measures.By strengthening risk management,ensuring the personal safety of skiers and the orderly operation of ski resorts,it can better promote the healthy development of skiing among the general public.
