提升箱体复杂铸钢件工艺设计及模拟研究

根据提升箱体铸件的铸造精度和表面质量要求特点,确定了砂型铸造工艺方案,确定了铸件的造型材料和铸造工艺参数.根据阻流截面法和模数法设计计算浇冒口的具体尺寸,并运用CAD软件设计了提升箱体铸件的铸造工艺图,利用三维软件绘制铸造工艺三维图.使用铸造模拟软件对铸造工艺进行了模拟分析,预测了缩孔位置,通过改变工艺参数有效控制了铸件的凝固收缩.
Process Design and Simulation Study of Complex Steel Casting for a Hoisting Box
Based on the requirements for the casting precision and the surface quality of the hoisting box castings,the sand casting process,along with the molding materials and the process parameters,was determined. The specific size of the casting head was de-signed and calculated using the choke section method and the modulus method. Furthermore,a casting process diagram for the hoisting box was created using CAD software,and a three-dimensional model of the casting process was generated with 3D software. The cast-ing process was simulated and analyzed using casting simulation software,enabling the prediction of the location of the shrinkage hole. Subsequently,the size of the shrinkage hole was effectively controlled by optimizing the process parameters.
