铁基轻质材料的制备及失效分析

采用粉末冶金法制备了SiO2/Fe-Ni复合材料,完成了硬度、密度和显微结构等性能检测.结果表明,所制备的复合材料具有较高的硬度和强度、较低的表观密度,基本达到了轻质高强的性能要求.基体对增强颗粒的"支撑效应"和颗粒对基体的"增强效应"比较明显,界面附近少量气孔和I型界面机械互锁力较低是材料发生压溃的主要原因.
Preparation and Failure Analysis of Iron Based Lightweight Materials
SiO2/Fe-Ni composites were prepared by powder metallurgy method. The hardness,density and microstructure of the com-posites were tested. The results showed that the composites have high hardness and strength,low apparent density,and can thus basi-cally meet the requirements of light weight and high strength. Also,the"support effect" of matrix on the reinforced particles and the"reinforcement effect" of particles on the matrix are obvious. The small amount of pores near the interface and the low mechanical inter-locking force of the I-type interface are the main reasons for the collapse of the material.
