基于云服务的工业机器人状态监测系统设计

随着智能制造技术的推广,工业机器人在各行业得到了广泛应用.这不仅极大提升了企业的生产效率,也改善了劳动人员的工作环境.但专业维护技术人员缺乏导致维护质量不高的问题也日益凸显.为此,文章提出了一种采用工业控制器作为数据采集器,经由工业互联网上传云服务器,最终通过微信小程序进行工业机器人远程监测的技术方案.该方案可对工业机器人进行有效的状态监测和故障诊断,显著提升机器人工作站的运维质量和工作效率.
Design of Remote Monitoring System of Industrial Robot based on Cloud Server
As the promotion of intelligent manufacturing,the industrial robots are widely used in a variety of industries. The application of industrial robot largely increases production efficiency and improves the working environments for labors. But the insufficient mainte-nance for industrial robots is becoming more and more seriously due to the lack of qualified maintenance technicians. Therefore,a solu-tion regarding remote condition monitoring for industrial robots is proposed in this paper. Firstly,the signals of industrial robots to be monitored are gathered by programmable logic controller (PLC),secondly the gathered data in PLC is uploaded to cloud server by a 4G data transfer unit ( DTU),finally the data from industrial robots is visualized and monitored by WeChat mini program on mobile de-vices. This solution can efficiently implement condition monitoring and fault diagnosis and thus significantly improve the maintenance quality and working efficiency of industrial robots.
