摘要

文章通过等效磁路法设计了额定功率5 MW的直驱永磁风力发电机,对比研究了120极/378槽和78极/324槽两种设计方案的超大功率直驱永磁风力发电机性能,从电机结构上解决了超大功率发电机体积过大,不利于运输等缺点,并在此基础上,仿真验证了文章所设计的内外转子组合式5 MW直驱永磁风力发电机是可行的和有效的.

Abstract

The permanent magnet synchronous generator of 5 MW output power,which is driven directly without gear system,was de-signed by equivalent magnetic-circuit method in this paper. The performance of the ultra-high-power directly-driven permanent magnet synchronous generator with designs featuring 378-slot and 78-pole as well as 324-slot was investigated. The drawbacks re-garding transportation inconvenience and large size were overcome based on the optimization of generator structure. Simulation results showed that the 5 MW permanent magnet synchronous generator with inner and outer rotors is feasible and effective.
