水泥、粉煤灰稳定钢渣铁矿废石混合料路用性能试验研究

水泥、粉煤灰、铁矿废石和钢渣作为路面基层材料的综合利用对于降碳固碳、节能减排具有重要价值.文章以水泥、粉煤灰稳定钢渣铁矿废石作为路面基层材料,采用水泥和粉煤灰作为稳定剂,研究不同配合比情况下水泥、粉煤灰对钢渣铁矿废石混合料路用性能影响,选取无侧限抗压强度、收缩性能和抗冲刷性能作为路用性能评价指标,经过优化水泥、粉煤灰、钢渣铁矿废石配合比,最终推荐m(水泥):m(粉煤灰):m(铁矿废石):m(钢渣)=5∶20∶65∶35为最优施工配合比,水泥、粉煤灰稳定钢渣铁矿废石混合料可以作为一级公路及以下路面基层材料.
Experimental Study on Road Performance of Cement and Fly Ash Stabilized Steel Slag and Iron Ore Waste Mixture
The comprehensive utilization of cement,fly ash,iron ore waste and steel slag as pavement base materials is of great value for carbon reduction,carbon sequestration,energy saving and emission mitigation.This paper uses cement and fly ash as the stabilizer for the pavement base material composed of iron ore waste and steel slag,and studies the effect of stabilizer amount on the performance of pavement base material.The unconfined compressive strength,shrinkage property and erosion resistance are chosen as the evaluation indexes of road performance.After optimizing the mixing ratio of cement,fly ash,steel slag and iron ore waste,the final recommenda-tion is given as m(cement):m(fly ash):m(iron ore waste rock):m(steel slag)=5∶20∶65∶35.Under this condition,cement and fly ash stabilized steel slag and iron ore waste can be used as a grade 1 and below road pavement base material.
