枝晶腐蚀作为一种全新的低倍腐蚀检验技术,其应用情况逐渐被各钢铁企业关注.文章围绕枝晶腐蚀检测技术的应用现状,与传统低倍检测技术相对比,总结分析了此技术的特点、对凝固组织和缺陷的侵蚀效果以及相关检测设备的研发现状三个方面.枝晶腐蚀检测技术不仅具有腐蚀时间短、低污染的特点,且能够清晰地呈现连铸钢坯的凝固组织形貌和缺陷特征,有助于钢铁企业实现对低倍质量准确、即时地评估.低倍检测设备的升级与发展,解决了枝晶腐蚀检测在试件加工阶段用时长、加工难等问题.枝晶腐蚀低倍检测方法能够为钢铁行业智能发展提供有力的技术支持.
Application Progress of Dendrite Etching Macro-examination Technology on Continuous Casting Steel Billet
As a new macro-examination technology on continuous casting steel billet,dendrite etching method has gradually attracted attention from iron and steel enterprises.Based on the application progress,its technology characteristics,the effect on solidification structure and internal defect,and the development status of related detection device are summarized and compared with those by using traditional macro-examination methods.Dendrite etching method not only has the advantages of short etching time and low pollution,but also can clearly present solidification structure and defect in the steel billet,which helps steel enterprises to achieve accurate and real-time evaluation on low magnification quality.The upgrade and development of detection device have solved the problems of long time and difficulty in the specimen preparation stage.Thus,the dendrite etching method can provide a strong technical support for the intelligent development of steel industry.
