随着高校数字化校园建设以及数字赋能工程的不断推进,基于人工智能、大数据技术,打造智能化、以师生为本、高效便捷的网上一站式服务大厅,成为高校实现组织内部流程优化改进、提升自身管理水平以及学校核心竞争力的迫切需求.文章以辽宁科技学院网上办事大厅建设为例,从建设背景、必要性以及技术架构入手,阐述其具体部署、建设过程和运行实践,并对应用效果进行分析,探索其未来在流程优化、用户体验提升等方面改进的方向,以求对国内高校办事大厅的建设与发展起到一定的参考和启示作用.
Exploration and Practice of the University Online Service Hall under the Background of Digital Empowerment——Taking Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology as an Example
With the continuous advancement of digital campus construction and digital empowerment projects in universities,there is an urgent need to create an intelligent,student-and faculty-centered,efficient,and convenient online one-stop service hall based on artificial intelligence and big data technology.This need arises from universities' goals to optimize internal processes,enhance manage-ment levels,and improve core competitiveness.Taking the construction of the online service hall at Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology as an example,this article elaborates the background and necessity of the project,its technical architecture,specific de-ployment,construction process,and operational practice.It also analyzes the application effects and explores future directions for im-provements in process optimization and user experience enhancement,aiming to provide references and insights for the construction and development of service halls in universities across the country.
