35kV级风力发电塔筒内置变压器分为塔筒变和机舱变两种方案,本文作者根据风电机组的特点,对比分析塔筒变、机舱变的优缺点,并分别从抗负荷冲击设计、抗过电压设计、散热设计、冷却失效模式下的可靠性设计及抗振设计等几方面提出了设计注意事项,以提高变压器运行可靠性.
Study on Design of 35kV Class Transformers Built Inside Wind Turbine Towers
The 35kV class transformers built inside wind turbine towers can be divided in-to two types:tower transformers and nacelle transformers.Based on the characteristics of wind turbines,this paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of tower transformers and nacelle transformers.Design considerations are proposed from various aspects such as load impact resistance,overvoltage resistance,heat dissipation,reliability under cooling failure,and vibration resistance,aiming to enhance the opera-tional reliability of transformers.
