《孙子兵法》备战思想的核心要义及其当代启示

摘要
《孙子兵法》蕴涵着丰富深刻的备战思想,其核心要义主要体现在两个方面:一是从备己的角度出发,包括"先为不可胜""胜于易胜"两个方面;二是从备敌的角度出发,包括"攻其无备""使人备己"两个方面.孙子认为,备战是一个系统工程,不仅仅局限于军事方面;备战要充分,不可轻启战端;一定要充分备战,时刻将强敌对手放在心上,争取战争主动权.孙子的这些思想对于现代战争仍具有重要借鉴意义.
Abstract
The Art of War contains rich and profound ideas on preparing for war,and its core essence is mainly reflected in two aspects:firstly,from the perspective of preparing oneself,including two aspects of"being invincible first"and"fighting with the necessary conditions to win";secondly,from the per-spective of preparing the enemy,it includes two aspects of"attacking the enemy unprepared"and"mak-ing the enemy prepare themselves".Sun Tzu proposed that war preparation is a systematic project,not limited to military aspects;the war should be fully prepared and the battle should not be rashly started;the war must be fully prepared and the strong enemy should be always considered in mind so as to strive for the initiative in the war.These ideas proposed by Sun Tzu still have important reference significance for modern warfare.
