摘要
《孙子兵法》所蕴含的智慧不仅可以应用于治军用兵之中,也可以创造性地应用于治国理政之中.邓小平作为"中国社会主义改革开放和现代化建设的总设计师",在领导改革开放事业和现代化建设的长期实践中,体现出非凡的治国理政智慧.从《孙子兵法》"五事"的角度来看,邓小平领导改革开放短期内就取得阶段性重大胜利具有必然性:一是改革开放事业合于"道",坚持以人民为中心;二是改革开放事业把握"天"时,顺时顺势而为;三是改革开放事业因"地"制宜,坚持一切从实际出发;四是改革开放事业之"将"者,五德兼备;五是改革开放事业遵循"法"则,通过制度来规范和保障各项工作的顺利进行.
Abstract
The wisdom contained in The Art of War can not only be applied to military governance,but also can be creatively applied to governing the country.Deng Xiaoping,as"the chief designer of Chi-na's socialist reform,opening-up and modernization construction",demonstrated extraordinary wisdom in governing the country through long-term practice of leading the reform,opening-up and modernization construction.From the perspective of the"Five Matters"in The Art of War,it is inevitable that Deng Xiaoping led the reform and opening-up to achieve significant victories in a short period of time.Firstly,the reform and opening-up cause should be in line with the"Tao"and adhere to putting the people at the center;secondly,the cause of reform and opening-up should seize the"timing"and act accordingly;third-ly,the cause of reform and opening-up should be tailored to local conditions and everything should be based on reality;fourthly,the"general"of the reform and opening-up cause should possess five virtues;fifthly,the reform and opening-up cause should follow the principle of"law"and regulate and guarantee the smooth progress of various work through systems.
