摘要
低空经济是产业发展新赛道、经济增长新引擎,具有广阔的发展前景,能够有效推动产业结构升级,促进就业,改善民生.针对我国低空经济发展存在空域管理不完善、技术水平有待提升、安全监管不足等问题,从微观视角出发,以低空经济的主体产业通用航空的应用和安全风险为切入点,借鉴其他国家的发展经验,进行细分领域分析和跨学科交叉研究,为通用航空的安全运营提供新的视角和方法.
Abstract
Low-altitude economy is a new track for industrial development and a new engine for eco-nomic growth with broad prospects for development,which can effectively promote industrial structure upgrading,employment and improve people's livelihoods.The development of China's low-altitude econ-omy faces problems such as incomplete airspace management,the need for improvement in technological level and insufficient safety supervision,etc.Currently,research on low-altitude economy mainly focuses on macro policies and industrial development.Starting from a micro perspective,taking the application and safety risks of general aviation and the main industry of low-altitude economy as the entry point and drawing on the development experience of other countries,this paper conducts segmented field analysis and interdisciplinary research and summarizes universal laws.
