食品接触材料中丙烯腈迁移分析

为研究不同材质在不同模拟物中丙烯腈迁移风险,选取63批代表性样品,采用顶空气相色谱法测定丙烯腈迁移量。实验结果表明:在不同材质中,AS塑料检出率最高(47。1%);在不同模拟物中,50%乙醇的检出率最高(20。0%),可作为最苛刻的食品模拟物筛选产品;材料损伤对丙烯腈迁移量有显著影响。
Analysis of Acrylonitrile Migration in Food Contact Materials
In order to study the migration risk of acrylonitrile in different simulated substances with different materials,the migration amount of acrylonitrile was determined by headspace gas chromatography by selecting 63 representative samples.The experimental results show that among different materials,AS plastic has the highest detection rate(47.1%).Among different simulants,50%ethanol has the highest detection rate(20.0%)and can be used as the most stringent food simulant screening product,while cutting treatment has a significant impact on the migration of acrylonitrile.
