摘要

在城市化与人口老龄化趋势下,城市空巢老人的规模和增速明显扩大和提高,其作为新时代背景下的特殊群体,对数字文娱社交有着更高的需求.本文基于对城市空巢老人精神需求和娱乐社交现状的研究,分析了目前社交类数字产品适老化设计的开发现状与痛点,提出了满足城市空巢老人精神需求的社交类数字产品适老化设计策略,以提升其在感官、交互和情感三个层面带给老年人的用户体验.

Abstract

In the context of urbanization and an aging population,the scale and growth rate of urban empty nest elderly have significantly increased.As a unique demographic in the new era,they exhibit a higher demand for digital entertainment and social interaction.This paper,based on the study of the psychological needs and current state of entertainment and social interaction among urban empty nest elderly,analyzes the development status and pain points of age-friendly design in current social digital products.It proposes age-friendly design strategies for social digital products that meet the psychological needs of urban empty nest elderly,aiming to enhance the user experience for the elderly in terms of sensory perception,interaction,and emotional aspects.
