知识社群视角下的博物馆数字资源平台设计策略

近年来,馆际合作和用户参与作为博物馆创新发展途径逐渐进入大众的视野.本文基于知识社群视角,分析了现有博物馆数字资源平台与知识社群用户需求的不平衡点,提出了博物馆数字资源平台创新设计策略,即:构建资源互通互联的信息搜寻网络、完善知识社群信息浏览流程、建立易触达的碎片化信息分享模式.研究旨在增强博物馆数字化平台的用户体验.
Abstract
In recent years,inter-museum collaboration and user engagement have emerged as innovative pathways for the development of museums,gaining recognition in the public domain.This paper,grounded in the perspective of knowledge communities,analyzes the existing imbalance between museum digital resource platforms and the demands of knowledge community users.It proposes innovative design strategies for museum digital resource platforms,namely:constructing an interconnected information retrieval network,refining knowledge community information browsing processes,and establishing easily accessible fragmented information sharing modes.The research aims to enhance the user experience of museum digital platforms.
