摘要

当前,我国实体产品设计领域的用户体验研究尚不充分,有待进一步探索.本文从现有用户体验理论切入,归纳出用户体验三个阶段:被动感知阶段、主动行为阶段以及思维评价阶段.并就此提出更适用于实体产品的设计方法,包括基于情境进行产品设计与创新,细分产品使用场景,以及重视能引起用户情绪波动的产品功能.研究希望为实体产品的开发设计提供新的参考思路.

Abstract

Currently,the research of user-experience-oriented physical product design in China is not sufficient and needs to be further explored.This paper starts from elaborating the user experience theories and summarizes three stages of user experience:perceiving passively,practicing actively,and evaluating based on the experience.It also proposes approaches that are more applicable to physical product design,including designing products based on context,creating different user scenarios,and emphasizing on product features that can arouse users'emotions.The study hopes to provide new ideas for the development and design of physical products.
