基于内涵式发展的城市绿地空间公平性评价——以西安市雁塔区为例

绿地空间的公平性对实现我国城市的内涵式发展尤为重要.本文以内涵式发展为基础,从绿地集约水平和需求供给水平两方面入手,综合运用层次分析法、GIS空间分析法和熵权法等方法,分析评价了西安市雁塔区绿地空间的公平性.结果显示,西安市雁塔区绿地空间公平性综合评价处于Ⅱ级良好水平,但绿地空间仍有待提升,主要原因是绿地的整体可达性较低且供需耦合性不足.因此,本研究提出雁塔区需要根据现有薄弱点调整绿地空间分布以及提高绿地资源利用率的结论.
Abstract
Achieving connotative development in Chinese cities underscores the critical significance of green space fairness.This study,rooted in the concept of connotative development,conducts an analysis and evaluation of green space fairness in Yanta District,Xi'an.It focuses on the intensity of green space utilization and the balance between supply and demand,employing a comprehensive approach that integrates Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),GIS spatial analysis,and entropy weight method.Results indicate that while the comprehensive evaluation of fairness in green space in Yanta District ranks at level Ⅱ,there is still room for improvement,attributed to factors such as low overall accessibility and inadequate coupling between supply and demand.Hence,the study advocates for adjustments in green space distribution and enhancement of green resource utilization to address current weaknesses in Yanta District.
