洋务学堂工科图画教育的形成与特征

洋务运动时期,洋务派在全国创办了科学技术学堂、军事技术学堂、语言学堂等新式学堂,"画图"一词以工程制图的方式出现在洋务学堂中,洋务学堂工科图画教育开始形成.本文通过介绍洋务运动时期部分学堂有关图画课程的设置、教学模式和师资来源等,以窥洋务学堂以工科为导向的图画教育的主要特征,为中国工业设计的萌芽寻找历史依据.
Abstract
During the period of the Westernization Movement in Late Qing,the Westernization Faction established various new-style colleges nationwide,including science and technology colleges,military technology colleges,and language colleges,etc.The term"drawing"emerged in these colleges in the form of engineering drawing,marking the beginning of engineering-oriented drawing education in colleges of western learning in Late Qing.This paper introduces the curriculum,teaching methods,and faculty sources related to drawing courses in some colleges during the Westernization Movement period,aiming to explore the main characteristics of engineering-oriented drawing education in colleges of western learning in Late Qing.The study hopes to find historical evidence for the emergence of industrial design in China.
