Research on Design of Transportation Ticketing Apps Based on Multi-dimensional Perceptual Needs Analysis
Purpose:To explore research methods for transportation ticketing apps based on the multi-dimensional perceptual needs analysis and propose optimization design strategies to enhance user satisfaction.Method:The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is applied to the multi-dimensional perceptual needs analysis of transportation ticketing apps.User needs are quantified into data,and multidimensional perceptual information from users is collected to analyze relevant app products.Based on the analysis results,the products most in line with user perceptual needs are identified.Result:A method for analyzing transportation ticketing apps,guided by multi-dimensional perceptual needs and assisted by the Analytic Hierarchy Process,is established.Based on the analysis results and case studies,design strategies to enhance user satisfaction for transportation ticketing apps are proposed.Conclusion:The method of analyzing transportation ticketing apps guided by multi-dimensional perceptual needs and assisted by the Analytic Hierarchy Process can provide ideas and methodological references for related research.
