Objective:Explore the derivative design of"Four Wise Monkeys"under the guidance of morphological analysis.Methods:Taking"Four Wise Monkeys"as the research object,the authors analyzed the key points of the product design according to the visceral,behavioral and reflective levels in the theory of Emotional Design.Then they introduced the method of morphological analysis to deconstruct the elements of the typical images of the"Four Wise Monkeys",and reconstructed them in accordance with the modern art,so as to obtain a brand-new design idea.Results:The"Four Wise Monkeys"lamps that can both reflect the traditional cultural connotations and meet modern aesthetic needs were designed.Conclusion:The feasibility of morphological analysis in product design is proved and the innovative development path for design conception is proposed.
