基于在线评论的场景化设计需求洞察研究

本研究以移动办公场景为例,以笔记本电脑场景化设计需求洞察为研究主题,经历评论筛选、爬取等步骤获取在线评论数据,使用质性数据分析软件NVivo对评论资料进行三级编码,得到笔记本电脑产品场景化设计需求关系结构.在编码结果基础上发散创意,洞察用户场景需求、发现产品设计机会,以及对设计构思方案进行筛选,指导笔记本电脑设计实践.研究结果表明,结合在线评论爬取及三级编码的方法挖掘场景化需求,在实践中具有可行性.
Research on Demand of Scenario-Based Design Based on Online Comment
Taking the mobile officing scene as an example,this study attempts to explore the demand for laptops from the perspective of Scenario-Based Design.In the research,the online review data was obtained through the steps of comment screening and crawling,and NVivo,the qualitative data analysis software,was used to encode the review data at three levels to obtain the relationship between requirements of laptop scenario-based design.Based on the coding results,ideas were diverged to gain insight into user needs in scenarios,discover product design opportunities,and screen design ideas,which finally is helpful to guide practical Iaptop design.The results of the study show the feasibility of combining online review crawling and a three-level coding approach to mining scenario-based demand in practice.
