Research on the Spatial Renewal Strategies for Multi-Ethnic Coexistence in the Built Environment of Old Community—A Case Study of Dongguan in Ankang City
With the accelerating urbanization in China,the renovation and transformation of old residential areas has become an important part of urban renewal.This paper takes Dongguan area in Ankang City,Shaanxi Province as the research object,analyzes the status quo and causes of the local multi-ethnic settlement,and proposes the public space renewal strategy to promote the communication of various ethnic groups and create a better living environment for them.The study hopes to provide reference for the space renewal and transformation of the old urban areas.
