基于脊柱形态的床垫硬度个性化定制方法研究

由于用户的个体差异影响床垫的使用舒适度,为确定适用于不同体型用户的床垫肩背部支撑区域、腰部支撑区域与臀部支撑区域的最佳硬度配置,从而使人体仰卧脊柱形态处于接近自然站姿脊柱曲线、侧卧脊柱形态接近直线,本文提出了一种基于人体卧姿脊柱形态的个性化床垫硬度定制方法:首先,定义了吻合度和直线度偏差指标来评价仰卧和侧卧脊柱形态,进而分析床垫的硬度分布特征以及调整方案;然后,以个体的自然站姿脊柱形态为参考值调整床垫各分区硬度,使得床垫三个分区的硬度能够满足仰卧和侧卧人体脊柱形态接近自然曲度.结果表明,在经过有针对性的调整不同分区的弹簧软硬度后,可以在有限次数内达到吻合度与直线度均处于较好水平的结果,确定不同受试者最适合的分区床垫硬度参数;因此,基于用户的自然站姿脊柱形态和卧姿脊柱形态进行床垫配置以及各分区硬度的个性化定制是有效的.
Study on Personalized Customization Method of Mattress Hardness Based on Spinal Alignment
Since individual differences of users affect the comfort of the mattress,in order to determine the optimal hardness configuration of the shoulder and back support area,waist support area and hip support area of the mattress for users of different body types,so that the spinal alignment of the human lying on the back is close to the natural standing spine curve and the spinal alignment of the side lying is close to the straight line.In this paper,a personalized mattress hardness customization method based on the spinal alignment of human lying posture is proposed.Firstly,the fit and straightness deviation indexes were defined to evaluate the spine morphology of supine and lateral lying,and then the hardness distribution characteristics and adjustment scheme of mattress were analyzed.Then,the hardness of each section of the mattress is adjusted according to the individual's natural standing posture spinal alignment as a reference value,so that the hardness of the three sections of the mattress can meet the supine and lateral human spinal alignment close to the natural curvature.The results show that after the targeted adjustment of the spring hardness of different zones,the results can be achieved in a limited number of times,and the most suitable mattress hardness parameters for different subjects are determined.Therefore,it is effective to customize the mattress configuration and the hardness of each zone based on the user's natural standing spinal alignment and lying spinal alignment.
