摘要
目的 为解决快递包装中常用的胶带封箱方式带来的严重环境问题和资源浪费问题,寻找适合循环复用的快递包装封箱和防盗方式.方法 通过广泛调研优秀的设计案例,并进行深入的比较分析,从中提炼出共性的规律和经验.结果 总结出六种机构类封箱防盗的类型及其设计要点和建议:一次性防盗锁舌、撕拉条、封轧带、锁扣、锁板、机械密码锁.结论 为循环复用快递包装的封箱和防盗设计提供了理论基础和实践参考.
Abstract
Objective In order to solve the serious environmental problems and resource waste caused by the commonly used tape sealing method in express packaging,this study aims to find suitable recycling packaging sealing and anti-theft methods for express delivery.Method Through extensive research on excellent design cases and in-depth comparative analysis,common rules and experiences were extracted.Results Summarize six types of mechanism-based box sealing anti-theft and their design points and suggestions:disposable anti-theft tongue lock,tear strip,sealing and rolling strip,lock buckle,lock plate,and mechanical password lock.Conclusion The study provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the sealing and anti-theft design of reusable express packaging.
